It is always rewarding when service is rendered with a smile and impeccable customer support and service. I recently experience a problem with my vehicle which turned out to be the alternator. In doing my research for purchasing a new one I stumble upon Aguilar Starters & Alternators in Orlando, Florida. From my initial conversation with the receptionist over the phone I was sold. Am sure I could have found an alternator in Kissimmee but, I drove to Orlando,spoke with Cindy and received the most warmest friendly service. The price was reasonable, the service was exceptional. I met the owner, turns out it is a family ran business. My second vehicle within the same week experience the same exact problem so of course I call Aguilar Starters and Alternators and once again impeccable service.
Hands down I would spend my money with this business. And to wrap it all into one they made me feel like family. They met my wife and daughter and we connected in conversation as if we had known each other for years.

I needed a alternator rebuilt, or so I thought. I did my tests before I took it and it was only putting out 12.9 volts.
I took it to AGUILA Starter’s and Alternator’s and they tested it and said it was putting out 14.0 volts. I said something has got to be wrong with it as my test showed 12.9. I said please take it apart and check everything. I left and came back in about a hour. As I came back in the lady said it’s nothing wrong with the alternator. She also said we would like to fix or sell you a new one but in good faith we can not. I went back cleaned all the connections (They all looked perfectly cleaned) and installed it and it’s putting out 14.0 volts. I guess one of the connections had a film on it and would let all the current thru.
I just want to say “Thank You” for being honest. You will always have my business!!!
